This 1st floor flat is located inside a two-storey building in the heart of Ballarò, the area of Palermo known for its famous market. Like in a Guttuso’s artwork: the lights, the colours, the voices and the crowd are mixed together for an everyday different show.
The building was baptised “Casa del Sole” – because of the ray of lights on its facade throughout the day - is situated on Piazza del Carmine and the guests can admire the baroque Church of Madonna del Carmelo directly from the balcony.
The house, always fresh and well ventilated, is a good starting point to discover the cultural, artistic and historical treasures of Palermo. I 4 canti, Piazza Pretoria, Casa Professa, Palazzo Riso and many others interesting places are 5 minutes walking far from the house. The railway station and a bus station to go to the airport are both at a walking distance.

Casa Del Sole is made of a double bedroom, a bathroom with a comfortable shower, a kitchen and a living room with sofa bed and dining table. The nice balcony seems to allow the guests to attend a performance at the theatre.
